We are looking for honest, hardworking individuals.

Cadets attend a 24 week Academy.

Police officers will patrol the City of Albuquerque to maintain a safe and secure environment for our residents and enforce the laws of New Mexico.

Requirements:

Must be 21 years of age by graduation from the Academy
Valid driver’s license
United States Citizen
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
No misdemeanors within the last 3 years
No DWI arrests within the last 5 years
No multiple DWI arrests within the last 10 years
No felony convictions
No Domestic Violence convictions
Must not be in collections over $500.00
