ACCOUNTING MANAGER – Full-Time – Boston, MA Directly supervise 2–5 accounting employees. Perform supervisor responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, procedures and applicable laws. Interview, hire and train employees; plan, assign and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline employees; address complaints and resolve conflicts. Compile and analyze financial information to prepare reports. Analyze financial information detailing assets, liabilities and capital; prepares balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports to summarize current and projected company financial position for specific locations. Prepare base departmental budgets and financial forecasting on a monthly basis. Audit accounts, ledgers and reports substantiating individual transactions to verify accuracy. Assist with Corporate internal audits. Direct consolidation on monthly financial and operating statements by coordinating the monthly maintenance of the accounting system. Review and analyze all financial statements, make adjustments as necessary and consult with the department managers. Establish, modify, document and coordinate implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures. Consult with employees in all facets of the Finance department, including A/P, A/R, Payroll, Tax and IS to solve accounting issues. Assist with research and response to vendors on A/P related inquiries. Research and correct POS billing errors, PCAT issues and credit card disputes. Manage petty cash; issue petty cash checks as requested. Assist managers with answers to accounting questions. Prepare custom reports as requested by General Manager to better analyze the business and operations. Requires Four (4) year college degree plus 3 years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. CPA preferred. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Proficient computer skills required. Must possess a valid state driver’s license. Experience with Excel and other Microsoft office products.
DEICERS – Seasonal – Wichita, KS Performs basic deicing service to commercial aircraft. Duties include, but are not limited to, complying with the location's attendance/tardiness standards; responsible for checking aircraft for leading edge ice and frost; applying deice fluid type 1 and 4 to aircraft wings, fuselage and tail; responsible for driving large heavy vehicles around aircraft while deicing operation is being performed; responsible for accurate accounting of deicing fluid transactions; performing daily quality control checks on equipment and vehicles; operating headset/radio to provide communication between ground crew, flight crew, and dispatch; providing additional service as required; and knowing and complying with all safety procedures. Requires High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and memos; effectively present information in a one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization; add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers; apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions; and deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Must be able to be raised to heights up to 40 feet. Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and required FAA, airport identification, seals, and authorizations.
AIR CONCIERGES – Seasonal – Miami, FL & Dulles, VA Comply with Company policies and procedures related to customer service standards, ramp, safety and security procedures. Marshal incoming and departing general aviation aircraft in accordance with Company standards. Identify crewmembers, passengers, visitors and vendors in accordance with the Company’s security procedures. Communicate with customers via telephone, fax, face to face, e-mail, ConciAir system or Unicom/air to ground radio. Ensure all departing aircraft have all requested amenities such as catering, coffee, ice and newspaper. Resolve customer requests, questions and concerns regarding the Company’s services or products. Transport customers by vehicle to and from airport terminal and local hotels as needed. Escort crew and passengers to and from aircraft. Assist customers with loading and unloading baggage as needed. Assist with taking fuel orders, catering and ground transportation as needed. Assist crew or passengers with directions or recommendations for food, lodging, etc. Assist crew with cleaning of aircraft, removal of garbage and vacuum carpets. Perform Signature Gold Cap Service if requested by customer. Contact customers by verbal or written communications thanking them for using Signature Flight Support. Maintain and stock amenities in customer areas and ensure that lobby and restroom are clean and free of debris. Assist Line Service Technicians and Customer Service Representatives as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Requires High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Must possess a valid state driver’s license. Previous customer service experience preferred.
LINE SERVICE TECHNICIANS – Full-Time, Part-Time & Seasonal – Atlanta, GA; Miami, FL; Dulles, VA; Houston, TX; Hartford, CT; Baltimore, MD; Indianapolis, IN; Anchorage, AK; Chicago (O’Hare), IL; Rochester, MN; Las Vegas, NV; New Orleans (Kenner), LA; Savannah, GA Greet, park, tow, move and marshal aircraft arriving or departing ramp area. Provide lavatory and water service as requested. Fuel/de-ice aircraft as requested. Provide shuttle service for passengers/crew as required. Assist with customer service duties as required. Provide oil and oxygen service for aircraft as requested. Assist passengers and/or crew with baggage/cargo as needed. Assist with general cleaning and clearing of debris from ramp, building and customer areas. Assist with wing-walking duties as required. Perform other duties as assigned. Requires High school diploma or GED. Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Must possess a valid state driver’s license. Previous experience preferred. CDL license as required.
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES – Part-Time – Van Nuys, CA; Houston, TX; Dallas, TX; Hartford, CT; Anchorage, AK; Hilton Head, SC; Las Vegas, NV Assist customers with requested services such as fuel, catering, hangar space, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, etc. Resolve customer requests, questions and complaints regarding the Company's services or products. Comply with Company policies and procedures related to customer service standards, ramp, safety and security procedures. Communicate with customers via telephone, fax, face to face, e-mail, ConciAir System, Unicom/air to ground radio. Bill customers for services rendered. Set up new accounts; maintain records and reports and other clerical duties. Maintain and stock information, materials and amenities in the customer service areas. Transport customers by shuttle van to and from airport terminal and local hotels. Lead in, park and chock arriving aircraft and marshal out departing aircraft. Assist customers with loading and unloading baggage. Perform other duties as assigned.Requires High school diploma or GED. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Must possess a valid state driver’s license. Previous customer service experience preferred.
GSE MECHANIC - Full-Time - Minneapolis, MN Inspect and maintain ground support equipment used in operations. Troubleshoot, repair and/or overhaul ground support equipment. Check and service ground support equipment with fuel, water, oil and hydraulic fluid. Diagnose problems using test equipment and applicable manuals. Completion of GSE paperwork as required. Other duties as assigned. Requires High School diploma or GED plus one (1) year experience. Must possess a valid state driver’s license. Previous GSE or heavy equipment experience preferred. Knowledge of various mechanical equipment required. Must provide all tools required to perform essential job functions.
